Shipping & Delivery Policy
Lemak.bh is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Friday & Public holidays.
We will try our best to ship your collections as early as we can. We only ship to open home addresses and do not ship to P.O. Box address, public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.
Delivery is normally Door-to-Door but there may be instances where this is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.

Min-mum order should be 10 BHD less than this you will charge 1 BHD

Please note that any order submitted on the site after 5.00 pm Bahrain time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Bahrain (Public holidays))
International Shipping / Shipping Destinations
International shipping charges will be subject to the weight and size of the product. Before the payment process you will be shown what the shipping costs will be, and have the choice to cancel the order if you decide.
Estimated delivery time and cost will be dependent on your country of residence and weight of the package. Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing your order with a quote for shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries.
All international orders are sent using Aramex. Delivery will take from 3-6 days depending on the country and local customs procedure.
Shipping / Delivery Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated as combination of the following:
– Weight and Size of Package.
– The location you are shipping from (city, state, country)
– The location you are shipping to (also called the destination country)
-Before the payment process you will be shown what the shipping costs will be, and have the choice to cancel the order if you decide.
We accept the following methods of payment:
– Credit Card* (VISA, MASTER CARD)
– Cash on Delivery (Bahrain only)
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
when a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You may then track the status of your shipment through the courier company’s website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges to the shipment may vary in the international orders.
Lemak.bh has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected.

Cash On Delivery (Bahrain Only)
Sealed items cannot be opened to be checked unless payment is processed, hence it is not possible for the customer to open, reject and send orders back with the same driver. This can only be done before opening the package.
The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process will be carried out by contacting the Customer Service.
a) orders must be delivered to a private addresses, e.g. home or work address. Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.
b) If payment is completed with a credit card, the only person allowed to receive the order is the card holder, who must show his national ID to our driver.

When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by call/SMS. After successful verification (time frame: within 1 – 3 days after ordered date in Bahrain) and other country from 3 to 6 Days
